Where We Come From

Regina's longest-established custom home builder.

Kratz Homes has been part of Regina for 75 years. We started when the city was still finding its footing. The prairies were expanding, families were putting down roots, and someone had to build them a home they could be proud of for generations.

Seventy-five years later, we're still here. Still family-run. Still on-site, still accountable, still building homes the way they should be built — with materials that last and tradespeople who take pride in their work.

We've outlasted trends, recessions, and dozens of competitors who came and went. Not because we're the cheapest or the fastest, but because the homes we build stand up. And so do we.

Alex Kratz didn't inherit a company — he inherited a standard. Kratz Homes has always been about building things right, and that philosophy runs through every decision he makes on every project.
